Stages of the investment process:

1. Reception of the requisition - Planning and development of the procedure. Spain Investment provide a written quotation report of our fees and all likely disbursements. (No Success No Fees).

2. Pre-selection of potential products – Our Investment Property Brokers will strategically locate and appraise those properties or businesses (hotels…) which fulfil the specifications.

3. Direct negotiation and meeting the owner or the construction company, and the Administration (concerning any legal and environmental issues).

4. Visit arrangement to see the area and view the portfolio of properties matching the original requirements. A Spain Investment representative will always escort the client during the visit and the inspection process.

5. Once the client is fully satisfied Spain Investment will undertake and broke the deal right to the settlement and agreement on procedure and to sign the contract.

6. Furthermore, Spain Investment collaborate with highly qualified partners specialist in architecture, construction and design to provide the client alternative services.

Fases del proceso de inversión:

1. Recepción del encargo – Planificación y desarrollo del procedimiento. Spain Investment proporciona un informe por escrito de las cuotas y gastos posibles (Sin éxito No hay comisión).

2. Preselección de los productos potenciales – Nuestros Brokers en inversiones inmobiliarias localizarán y tasarán las propiedades o negocios (hoteles…) que cumplan exactamente con las especificaciones iniciales.

3. Negociación directa y reunión con el propietario o la empresa constructora, y la Administración (para tratar cualquier tema legal o medioambiental).

4. Organización de la visita para conocer el área y ver las propiedades preseleccionadas. Un representante de Spain Investment acompañará al cliente durante toda la visita y la inspección.
